David is a classic executive of his generation having had several different careers in divers sectors, countries and organisations. Martin spent much of his life on a fast trajectory as a high performance/high potential executive in the City of London, before becoming a General Manager in the business services sector. For the last 6 years he has been one of our key client interfaces, clocking up hundreds of hours of detailed conversations with some of the UK’s best talent. Understanding the person, as much as their capability, is key to formulating the right tailor-made programme for each executive we have the privilege of working with.

Jenny’s career has spanned Director level positions in HR, Training and Development and Organisational Development. She has trained as an NLPT and CBT psychotherapist and now works with executives from both blue chip and public sector organisations. She specialises in cultural/ behavioral and transformational change in people. Jenny delivers management/personal development programmes, delivering career transition strategies, coaching and mentoring individuals.

Her personal ability to grasp and lead change swiftly and openly provides motivation and a catalytic re-action for others. She quickly understands individuals; their concerns, desires and motivations. As a consequence she is able to quickly effect and encourage change.

Hugh worked for major international businesses for many years. He was Sales & Marketing Director for a Global top 250 brand with responsibility for the Middle East and for a while lived in Egypt. Returning to the UK some years ago he has since been a successful, serial entrepreneur in both business services and retail. Now he formulates and manages the tailor-made programme for each of our clients.

Lesley Anne Murphy has worked at CEO or Director level for the past 15 years having led organisations in the private, public and third sectors.  She has directed a number of significant projects, leading and motivating teams and individuals to achieve success.

She is the chair of a special interest group and is an active member of a number of professional bodies. Lesley is an accredited coach, a member of the International Coaches Federation and works with individuals and organisations to enable them to achieve their potential. She holds numerous Postgraduate professional qualifications, including an MBA, Marketing Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnership as well as being trained as a bereavement supporter.

Lesley gains great satisfaction from seeing the success of those whom she has supported and having worked in the business world has enjoyed the opportunity to “turn business strategy into reality” she now seeks to work with individuals to enable them to realise their true aspirations.

Simon specialises in searching in commercial sectors such as technology, luxury brands, Private Equity, public relations, building products and energy – in the UK and Europe. He has worked with senior managers from multinationals navigating them into growth-oriented, owner-managed businesses often negotiating an equity stake for those candidates he has represented.

George Royce started his career in management consultancy. As a productivity improvement specialist, he worked with international consultancies in the UK, Spain and Mexico. He now specializes in executive research mapping specific organizations and sectors as well as identifying key individuals. George operates in the main European languages and much of his research is cross-border, usually in mainland Europe and occasionally in the US and Far East.

He is a member of the Executive Research Association.

Margaret is a career management specialist experienced in the design and delivery of training and counselling, coaching and mentoring programmes to a wide variety of private and public sector executives. For 30 years, Margaret has specialised in helping people to improve effectiveness and maintain their competitive edge through personal development.

She is sensitive to the needs of cross-cultural environments having managed projects in Western Europe, UK, USA, Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
