Martin spent much of his life on a fast trajectory as a high performance/high potential executive in the City of London, before becoming a General Manager in the business services sector. For the last 6 years he has been one of our key client interfaces, clocking up hundreds of hours of detailed conversations with some of the UK’s best talent. Hugh worked for major international businesses for many years. He was Sales & Marketing Director for a Global top 250 brand with responsibility for the Middle East and for a while lived in Egypt. Returning to the UK some years ago he has since been a successful, serial entrepreneur in both business services and retail. Now he formulates and manages the tailor-made programme for each of our clients.
Lesley Murphy

Lesley Anne Murphy has worked at CEO or Director level for the past 15 years having led organisations in the private, public and third sectors. She has directed a number of significant projects, leading and motivating teams and individuals to achieve success.
She is the chair of a special interest group and is an active member of a number of professional bodies. Lesley is an accredited coach, a member of the International Coaches Federation and works with individuals and organisations to enable them to achieve their potential. She holds numerous Postgraduate professional qualifications, including an MBA, Marketing Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnership as well as being trained as a bereavement supporter.

George Royce started his career in management consultancy. As a productivity improvement specialist, he worked with international consultancies in the UK, Spain and Mexico. He now specializes in executive research mapping specific organizations and sectors as well as identifying key individuals. George operates in the main European languages and much of his research is cross-border, usually in mainland Europe and occasionally in the US and Far East.
